The Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) program was developed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®) in order to make continuing education (CE) events available to Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBA®) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts® (BCaBA®). The ACE program creates standards for CE delivery and dissemination by which all authorized providers must abide when providing CE events to BACB® certificants.
As ACE providers, we ensure to uphold and abide by the standards set forth by the BACB® to ensure CE events enhance the field of Applied Behavior Analyst and expand the knowledge of BACB® certificants. All of our CE events provide participants with the necessary tools and education to further themselves professionally and are led by individuals with extensive knowledge and training.
Our CE Webinars are instructed by Dr. Janessa Dominguez, a Qualified Trainer and Assessor, as well as a qualified BACB supervisor.
Dr. Dominguez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
She completed her master’s degree in counseling with an advanced concentration in behavior analysis and doctorate degree in family therapy at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). Dr. Dominguez has worked in a variety of settings, providing services to address challenging behaviors and increase appropriate behaviors. She supervises individuals seeking certification as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and behavior analysts, and conducts trainings on a variety of topics. Dr. Dominguez has presented at national conferences, as well as international conferences, focusing on autism, behavior, and the family system.
